Referrer

1. Anyone aged 18 and above in the Germany (or as per the age stipulated by local laws) is eligible to participate in our Referral Program. From February to April, participants can receive a referral code via email. After April, participants must have a valid EcoFlow account to receive and use referral codes.
2. Furthermore, the referred individuals must also be at least 18 years old to qualify.

How it Works

Referral Code:

1. Participants receive a unique referral code, either via email (initial phase) or directly in their EcoFlow account (post-April).

Referring New Customers:

1. Share your referral code with potential new EcoFlow customers.
2. New customers must use your referral code at the time of their purchase for it to qualify as a successful referral.

Rewards:

1. Receive a specified reward for each successful referral where the referred customer makes a qualifying purchase using your referral code.
2. Rewards may include discounts, cash bonuses, or EcoFlow products, and are subject to change.

Reward Distribution:

1. Rewards are typically processed within a specific timeframe following the successful installation and activation of the referred customer's PowerOcean system.

Limitations:

1. Referral rewards apply only to new customer referrals.
2. Self-referrals or referrals within the same household are not eligible.
3. Referred customers can earn product milestone rewards once, but can receive cash rewards multiple times for different successful referrals.
4. EcoFlow reserves the right to verify referrals and deny rewards in cases of suspected fraud.

General terms

1. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this Referral Program or the participant's entry into the Referral Program.
2. Participants further agree to release and discharge any third party related to or connected with this Referral Program from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this Referral Program or the participant's entry into the Referral Program.
3. By participating in this Referral Program, participants agree to indemnify and hold EcoFlow and the EcoFlow Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from this Referral Program or related to it in any way.
4. EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify participants who use or have used improper means to participate in this Referral Program without prior notice and may initiate legal proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
5. EcoFlow reserves the right to terminate the Account of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider any Referrer and/or Referred Customer's conduct to violate these Referral Terms.
6. EcoFlow reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program and to revise these Referral Program Terms from time to time. If we make any material changes to these Referral Terms, we'll notify you of those changes by posting them on the Services. If the Referral Program is terminated, any unclaimed Referral Rewards will be forfeited at that time.
