Thank you for your interest and participation in our training programme. The following are essential things to know about obtaining a certificate after participating in the training:

1. Examination pass mark and certificate number:

After you complete our training and related exams, you will receive a number related to your future certificate. This number will be your key to obtaining an official certificate after completing all necessary steps.

2. Installation and activation period:

You must install and activate your first EcoFlow 'Residential Series' product within two months of the training and notify EcoFlow. Only after completing these steps will you be able to receive your certificate officially.

3. Certificate query and download:

Once you have completed the above requirements and a certificate number has been assigned, you can search and download the certificate using the number.
