The 2022 boom has cooled down. Customers are now more price-sensitive and make more comparisons. Nevertheless, over 85% of Krasniqi’s customers still choose EcoFlow, even though its prices are similar to those of German manufacturers. The strong reputation built through the consumer market has had a highly positive impact on installers.

EcoFlow offers fast, expert support via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Krasniqi emphasises that the German support team doesn’t just react; they proactively assist customers. Since the end of 2023, more than 1,500 systems have been installed with minimal issues, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
