  • TRUSTe

    TRUSTe is a global data privacy certification. It helps companies comply with data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA and enhance their privacy management capabilities.

  • NISTIR 8259

    NISTIR 8259 provides cybersecurity guidelines for IoT devices. This helps manufacturers ensure that devices are equipped with basic cybersecurity functions to ensure data privacy.

  • NISTIR 8425

    NISTIR 8425 complements NISTIR 8259. It provides further operational guidance to ensure data privacy and security during the operation of IoT devices.

  • PSTI

    PSTI certification is a UK security law aimed at protecting consumer IoT devices from cyberattacks, in addition to preventing data leaks and privacy violations. The law reflects the growing security needs surrounding IoT devices and mandates that manufacturers take reasonable security measures to protect devices and user data.

  • ISO 9001

    ISO 9001 is a standard for quality management systems that ensures organizations continue to meet customer and regulatory requirements relating to the quality of products and services.

  • FCC SDoC

  • ISO 13849

    ISO 13849 is a functional safety standard for mechanical equipment. It primarily governs the control systems of industrial equipment to ensure the proper functioning of safety features.

  • GDPR

    GDPR is the EU’s regulation to protect personal data privacy, regulate company data handling, and strengthen user control over personal information.

  • CCPA

    CCPA and CPRA are California data privacy laws granting consumers rights to know, access, delete, and opt out of personal data sales, improving corporate data transparency and compliance.
