EcoFlow Smart Installer Roadshows – Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the lucky draw (the “Lucky Draw”) held in connection with the EcoFlow Smart Installer Roadshows (the “Event”) hosted by EcoFlow Australia Pty Ltd (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By entering the Lucky Draw, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2.1 Entry is open to individuals who attend the Event in person, complete the required registration form as instructed by the Promoter, and provide all requested information. 2.2 Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and their immediate families of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, distributors, and service partners associated with the Event are not eligible to enter or win. 2.3 Limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

3.1 To participate, you must complete and submit the official registration form made available by the Promoter at the Event or via the designated online channel, and provide accurate and complete personal information. 3.2 To be eligible to enter entrants must be a current Smart Energy Council member. EcoFlow covers all prize costs. EcoFlow participates and supports with logistics of prize announcement. This is a once off offer. 3.3 Incomplete, incorrect, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 3.4 Entry is free. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

4.1 A total of five (5) winners will be selected by random draw at the Event. 4.2 The prizes are allocated as follows: - One (1) winner will receive one (1) EcoFlow PowerOcean inverter. - One (1) winner will receive one (1) EcoFlow PowerOcean battery. - Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) EcoFlow RAPID Magnetic Power Bank (5000mAh). 4.3 Prizes are as stated and no cash alternatives, exchanges, or transfers are permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable, subject to any applicable laws.

5.1 The random draw will take place on the day of the Event at the time and location announced by the Promoter at the Event. 5.2 Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. 5.3 Winners must respond to the notification email within seven (7) days of the date the email is sent to confirm acceptance of the prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Promoter may select an alternative winner in its sole discretion. 5.4 Participants who have already won a prize are not eligible to participate in any subsequent rounds of the Lucky Draw.

6.1 The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Lucky Draw, including eligibility, entry validation, winner selection, and prize distribution, is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. 6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms, or engages in fraudulent, disruptive, or unlawful behavior. 6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Lucky Draw if required by law or if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control compromises the integrity or fairness of the Lucky Draw. 6.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death suffered in connection with the Lucky Draw or the use of any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7.1 We collect personal information from you, including your name, company, email address, and phone number, for the primary purpose of administering the Lucky Draw, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and distributing prizes. 7.2 With your consent, we may also use your personal information to send you updates, marketing materials, and information about EcoFlow products, installer and trade programs, events, and promotions. You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time. 7.3 Your personal information may be disclosed to our authorised distributors and service partners solely for the purposes set out in these Terms. 7.4 The provision of personal information is voluntary. However, failure to provide the required information may result in you being unable to participate in the Lucky Draw. 7.5 Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://au.ecoflow.com/policies/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy explains how you may access, correct, or make inquiries regarding your personal information.
